1. Use of the App
- This App is suitable for users ages 4 and above.
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
- Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
2. Content
All media content displayed in the App is sourced from third-party open-content platforms and provided under their respective licenses. You may browse, preview, and download content for personal use. You may not sell unaltered copies of the content. We do not claim ownership of the media content displayed in the App.
3. Intellectual Property
All App branding, code, and related materials are owned by PexView or its licensors.
4. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PexView is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from App use.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
